Heya! I am currently budgeting a new gaming pc although where I am now, I feel as though it's a little too pricy. If possible, recommendations on how to cut about £50 off of this build without sacrifising too much would be greatly appreciated. No peripherals or Monitors are needed. Thanks

Budget (including currency): £815

Country: UK or Ireland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming at 1080p 120fps on Apex Legends etc.

UK Parts List (Excluding Case):

Case: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Thermaltake-CA-1K8-00M1WN-01-Tempered-Mid-Tower-Modding/dp/B07GYJ7CKV/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=v200&qid=1596917013&sr=8-1 - £100 Including Shipping

Current Total Including Shipping: £865

get a P400a as the case, that thing doesnt look like it would have good airflow.

It's vewy pretty tho :(

Fine, I think I'll change the case as good airflow is important to me as I'm considering doing some overclocking.

That cuts about £35 off the total. I still need it to be about £20 less.

Thanks for the sugesstion, I really appreciate it

Cut off the case, like already said, to the P400A. You can even go to a P300A to save more, but it's out of stock everywhere. Then go to a MSI B450-A Pro Max to save the rest.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

^ to add on this, the B450 Gaming Plus Max is 10 quid cheaper and has kind of a red and black theme going on, which might go better with the red memory sticks. :D

Get the Phanteks Eclipse P400A or

Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh

for the case, cheaper and much better airflow.

Maybe swap out your 5600xt for a cheaper 5600xt like the:

You might also want a larger ssd (1TB).

Otherwise, very nice choice of parts and good luck building it.

I think I'll stick with a 500GB ssd since I have a PS4 and am probably getting a PS5 so a lot of my gaming will be over there.

The PC will mainly be used for Minecraft, Apex Legends, Valorant etc.

Thanks
