Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Is i can use Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with all 16 DIMM RAM slots in Asus Z10PE D16 WS ?, and it is Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is enough to cooling down Xeon E5-2699v4 ?

from what i see online no one is complaining about the Hyper 212 EVO and the Asus Z10PE D16 WS DIMM slots. I currently run the 212 EVO and looking at images online you should be fine.

Depends on RAM, but if it's regular stick without heatspreader, then yes.

even with a heatspreader you will be fine as long as it is not massive.
