I want to run an 8GB graphics card but concerned about wattage, will have plenty to run the above parts and an 8GB graphics card or will I have to settle for a 6GB graphics card? Thanks for ya'lls help.

With an 850 watt power supply? You'll be more than fine. I'm running an 8 GB graphics card on a 650 watt PSU currently and even that's overkill.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Between those two coolers, get whichever is cheaper or you like the look of better. IIRC,they will perform pretty much identically.
And 850w is that plenty for that system even if you get a 2080ti.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

What I'm needing help with now is deciding on a graphics card. What is a well built, keeps cool under load and quiet or low noise and have 8gb graphics? and thats reliable.

Thanks for helping.
