DDU how to use safe mode without problems

Go to solution Solved by Mateyyy,

Here's how I do it:

  • download the driver you plan on installing (in your case, download the latest from AMD's website)
  • disconnect the network cable (or turn off WIFI if that's your thing)
  • boot into safe mode, run DDU and then restart
  • install the driver you downloaded
  • plug the network cable back in
  • success

I've never had any sort of problems while doing this, like repair loops and such.

I just got my new AMD GPU changing from Nvidia so im about to do a Display Driver Uninstall but it is recomended that i do it in safe mode for a better cleanup but i see that some people have problems with the internet trying to install drivers on its own and having repair loops or w.e , any ideas ?
