Ideally you want to provide the following:

- Full system specs

- Resolution

- Vsync on? What monitor are you using?

- Thermal and utilization info while in-game: The easiest way is to use MSI afterburner (you'll need to modify the default theme to get the detailed view) to track temps, CPU, and GPU utilization

AMD Ryzen 3950x under a Noctua D15S, 32 Gb G Skill FlareX 3200 DDR4 running at 3200 CL14, Gigabyte Aorus Pro 570 Wifi, Gigabyte 2070 Super hooked to a Dell U2718Q 4k HDR monitor & an Acer 1440p 144hz IPS panel of some kind, an Inland 1 TB M.2 PCIE 4 main drive, a Samsung NVME M.2 250Gb, WD Blue 500Gb  and 1 TB SSDs, Corsair RMX750, Rainbows and butterflies...

Try changing your display settings to match the resolution on your monitor and then adjust your game settings accordingly.  Check your Nvidia settings too, LTT did a video on the Nvidia settings a couple months back that might help.  There was also a slider in the Gen settings of warzone that might need some tweaking to max out your performance.  Monitor the in game performance overlays for GPU, CPU usage and see who's lagging.  That GPU should be able to hit your fps on high-very high with raytracing.  Give it some afterburner if need be.  I found that game very GPU intensive.

Are you ensuring when the game launches that it’s at full screen and not boarderless. Same with resolution scaling at 100.
