FIRST PC BUILD:- need part advice.

Budget (including currency): My budget is 50,000-75,000 Indian Rupees (i.e. 666 - 1000 US $)

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly Adobe Suit, for Graphic Designing, Photo and video editing, Occasional gaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

No existing parts, basic peripherals are needed, upgrading from Dell inspiron 15R SE 7520, Planing to buy in this month may be next month, for starting 1920x1080 (1080p) resolution and refresh rate what ever will be in budget.

Do you NEED it build now, or can you wait until like October? New NVIDIA 3000 series should be available by then ... Also, can you post some online store in India, just so we have some reference for prices and brands available in India? It would help. Thanks
