$4500 Gaming and Workstation PC

Budget (including currency): $4,500 USD (Including monitor, Case, and fans)

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA games, streaming, 3D rendering, video editing and animation.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Willing to compromise gaming FPS for better workstation performance. Looking for 32-64 gb ddr4 3600 memory, AMD CPU, no water cooling but I want as much airflow as possible because I will probably overclock the CPU and graphics card, a graphics card is a must but once again I'd rather have a worse GPU but better RAM and CPU. A 750w PSU or higher is preferred for more ability to upgrade just the CPU or just the GPU.

What sort of editing? 3D, photo, video..?

And can you hold out for a couple of months, or are you set on building now?

I would consider looking at what builds do what and cost what before throwing a ridiculous number out for a budget.

For starters, do you even know what $4500 will get you, ballpark?

It's like going to a car dealer and saying I have a $200,000 budget, what ya got?!  Need to know some basics about PC's first.

I have a pretty good knowledge of pc's but this is my first actual build so I'm trying to get as much info and recommendations as possible so that I know I'm buying the best possible for my money

Right, but you realize most gaming and workstations don't cost more than $2000?  Do you know what a $2000 workstation will do or how it will tackle your tasks?

Not saying don't spend your money how you want, but I am not getting the sense you know what you're asking.

For video editing, what kind?  Just editing your gameplay?  4k?  8k?  You know what you need to do before you buy the right tool.  A PC is nothing but a tool to accomplish something.

What programs are you using?  That impacts things too.

If you're set on buying now:

And this could obviously be super overkill for what you might actually be doing.

Here's what you could get for a whole thousand bucks less:

Still more than capable for video and 3D editing, as well as gaming.

I agree with @Dedayog that you should first look into exactly how much horsepower you actually need, before throwing thousands upon thousands for no real reason.

Chances are, you do not need a $4500 machine. This is what 4500 can get you.

A more sensible one would be this, but you may need more or less depending on the games, software and footage resolution etc.

But I would recommend waiting for new hardware to come out in the next couple of months. You can either buy the new hardware for the same price as the current hardware, or buy the current hardware for cheaper.
