what is the best depends on what she wants to do with it.

Just pictures or also videos, does it need to be light or need anything else thats special?

 

Also if its a DSLR camera are there already lenses or not?

she wants mainly videos at the highest quality possible
preferably light too.

looks like £330 which leaves enough for a 25mm prime from pansonic or a 45-150 zoom
