Nivida HDMI ports not working

I have Nivida Gigabit Aorus 2070 Super GPU.

I have LG 65 inch C9 TV and Asus VG245H monitor

The GPU has 3 HDMI ports

I have the TV plugged into port one (far left)

I plugged in the Asus monitor into port two (center) and nothing came to the screen. I tried port three (far right) still nothing. I know the monitor works. I tried going through invidia control and I can't find anything.

It's confusing as written what you have connected where, and by what method.

 

Does your GPU have more than one HDMI out? Or are you using DP for the monitor?

I'm confused by what you mean are you using the ports on the GPU?
