Pc making weird noisemaking weird noise

My pc keeps making a weird like rubbing or grinding noise. I provided a video. Idk how to explain it and i have no clue where its coming from..? Sorry my pc fans are loud. Not sure if its my chasis fan or my cpu fan.. I just re  installed my cpu fan today, could also be my gpu but i think my gpu is fine. And if u hear clicks that's either my keyboard or mouse.
