DX 11 error in pubg lite with radeon hd 7650m

Im getting this error even tho i installed latest directx, and in dxdiag it says that dx 11 is installed, so why im i getting this error? I know that intel hd 3000 doesnt support dx 11, so how do i make hd 7650m as default, which supports dx 11?

 

Hp ProBook 4540s

CPU: Intel Core i5 2450m

Ram: 8gb ddr3 1333mhz
