how to clean plastic panels ?

My case panel is a little too dirty for my taste so I'm wondering if there's any good tips on cleaning these sort of panels, google's giving me a hard time :/

I'd probably try to rinse it off with water, as trying to rub the gunk off with a cloth usually scratches the panel up pretty bad.

Just swipe them down with a wet towel or something similar. Looks like it's mostly dust. 

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
