Any way to fix this light spot on Monitor?

I have an Asus PG279Q ROG Swift and I'm not sure if this is screen burn or backlight bleed (assuming the latter), and was wanting to

a) Confirm what it is
b) Find out of anyways to possibly fix this.

There are two spots like this on the monitor. Both are near the bottom of the screen.

Well I do not think there is a way to fix it. You would probaly just have to get the monitor replaced. You could try replacing the panel your self if possilble (take my advice with caution) If you got it recently you could probably contact whoever you go it from to get you a new one

Is this considered Bleed? Or burn in? I'm assuming it's bleed, but instead of it being at the corners it's elevated a bit?

Is this bleed? Or is it something else?
