Does Silverstone ST70F-ES230 80+ White Enough fo my build

Hi everyone i would like to ask professionals here regarding my power supply, is this sufficient with my current build? im planning to change it with seasonic focus plus gold 750w

  

Motherboard: Asus z390-F Strix
Processor: i5-9400F
RAM: Kingston Hyper X 16gb 3200mhz (Single Stick) planning on replacing this with 3200mhz (8gb x 2)
Video Card: RTX 2060Super MSI Ventus XS C OC
Case Fans: 3x 120mm 1500 RGB Fans 4x 120mm 2500rpm RGB Fans
PSU: Silverstone ST70F-ES230 80+ White 700w

That's a good idea, as the Silverstone ST70F-ES230 seems to be very old model with just 80+ rating is not a good indicator, but someone might know better if it's reliable in any sense.
