Those are molox and front panel connectors where do I plug these in and I can’t find my usb 3.0 plz help

Give more info. PSU, case etc, and more general pics would be nice.

Molex probably nowhere. Thats dying connector. For front panel connectors and USB3, look at your motherboard manual.
