PSA: No, I didn't waste all that money on computers, (except the main one) my server cost $40, the intel NUC was my old PC (although then it had 8GB of ram, I gave the bigger stick of ram to a person who really needed it), my laptop is used and the second PC is really cheap.

I like tinkering with computers and have a personal hatred towards phones and everything they represent (I daily drive an iPhone 7, or a 6, depends on which one works that day)

Try the onboard graphics first. Also check the bios and see if external graphics are even enabled.

You don't need hard drives to get a display and get to bios, same goes for the graphics card since you have integrated graphics. Try to take everything out of the case and connect only the motherboard, cpu, cpu cooler, ram, and power supply. Then connect a monitor and short the power-on pins on the motherboard to turn the computer on.

Edit: Have you already tried using a different cable and testing the monitor with a different device?

Yeah, try this.

Also, try to clear CMOS (often can be done with a button) and if that doesn't work, try to do it again while your system is "on", and if that doesn't work try it when it's off and unhooked from the wall and then press the power button a couple of times to discharge everything and then clear again.

EDIT: oops, posted too soon: also check if the monitor and cable are working.

Okay so I can only get it to bios with one drive but it's not seeing windows. Creating a boot USB drive. Is it possible that my psu failing could of take all but one drive with it?

Are you using both the 8 pin and 4 pin cpu power supply?

Have you tried a different set of modular cables to the 2080S?

Perhaps you have a rogue stand-off rubbing the back of the board somewhere?

Is Windows already installed on that drive? It could be that there is something wrong with that install.
