Whenever I use my elgato to take my camera out into obs studio it causes my stream to lag a lot.

I stream at 1080p 60 fps to twitch and im trying to use my elgato and a game capture source but it makes my stream run at 30-40 fps.

 

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070

RAM: Tforce Delta R 16 GB 2400 Mhz

PSU: Thermaltake Smart 650w

MOBO: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon

SSD: Samsung 870 Evo 1.5 TB

They work alone? Stream and scene settings, please. Also which Elgato.

Yes they work alone. Elgato HD 60 S. I stream at 900p and use my gpu to stream. 6000 Bitrate.
