LG OLED55E7N PC controller gaming flickering. HDMI perhaps?

Hi there! I have a LG OLED55E7N hooked up to this cable: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B06WGRJJP5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Cable should be a 2.0b. But in 4k 60 hz im having black screens flickering through the image. Now when I set it to 1080p 120hz, no problemo at all.

After checking specs I see that the tv has 2.0b entrances. Will getting a 48gbps 2.1 cable make the difference here?? Since my cable is matching the input already, I mean hmmmmm. Gotta play overcooked 2 and those 4k upscaled mario games with my girlfriend guys. VERY important.
