EVGA GTX 1060 VRM low voltage

I purchased this card as for parts not working. More of just a fun project than anything. I’m taking some voltage readings on the VRM and everything shows .8V I understand this under voltage is part of the equation but also checking shunts on the opposite side of the board in the same area shows no voltage. I can’t seem to find any breakdown on the board so I really am not 100% on where the main driver would be located. Or how the drivers work. Any help would be appreciated.
