Ryzen 5 3600 getting over 90 degrees while gaming

So i recently built my new pc. I use the stock cooler on my ryzen 5 3600 paired with a rtx 2070 super. While playing apex legends i saw my cpu temperature spike upto 93c max while my gpu temps were hovering around 65-70c. I have not done any overclocking yet the temps are reaching very high. Should i buy an after market cooler. I did not buy one because i thought stock cooler would do the job as i do not plan on overclocking the cpu. My cabinet is the deepcool Mattrex 55 mesh.

What are you using to monitor temps? Only use hwinfo64 and / or ryzen master to monitor ryzen temps as others can't do it accurately. 

If they are re seat the cooler and re apply thermal paste.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

i used msi afterburner to check the temperatures. Even with ryzen master i saw temp upwards of 85-90c
