[Help] Scaling issues between 16:9 and 21:9 monitors

I have an ultrawide on the right, and a normal aspect ratio 144hz panel on the left for my games, but when moving tabs/apps between them, they scale weirdly - does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

It might not be possible would my opinion be... though maybe it's to be resolved...

If you put a larger scaling % on the smaller monitor, does it help?

It does not, however the best fix I have found is to run the 144hz panel at 1440p rather than 1080 and then scale it up by 125%
