Getting a new budget pc. Need to choose matx cheap motherboard.

Oh wow that's a terrible price for the ds3h. Honestly if the steel legend is 100 bucks. That's not a bad deal. And it can still handle an 8 core just fine.

Okay will get the ds3h.

But need a solution to another issue.

I stripped the holes of the pcie gpu mounting screws. Normally I use m3 screws to attach it but now since the holes are stripped, can I use m2.5 screws with bolts? Attached some crude pictures of some I salvaged off a old machine.

It holds okay but will it be okay to use for a long term?

if it's fine now then leave it, as for long term, i can't really answer that, because well i cant and dont know.
