GPU Upgrade

I want to upgrade my current GTX 1060 3gb and I don't know which gpu to get. Recently i've been looking at the RX 5700 XT and the RTX 2070 non super version. But what do you think I should get?, My cpu is a Ryzen 7 2700x and I have 16GB of ram.

what are the prices on these cards? 

is it possible for you to wait a few months for the release of ampere and big navi?

The price on the 2070 here in Sweden is 600 USD and the 5700 XT is 540 USD. But that's just for these specific versions of the cards. When is Big Navi and Ampere supposed to release?

if you need a GPU now go for the 5700xt as it is a bit faster and at less the price. the new GPUs are rumored to be released near the end of this year.

Okay, I will think about cause I don't have the money right now. If I find the new GPU's really interesting and worth it I will wait but if not then I will buy the RX 5700 XT. Thanks for the advice.

Mostly for gaming and my budget is around 650 USD = 5650 Swedish crowns.
