My first PC build.

Hello everyone, well just finished my new PC. It's the first I that I ever built and I had a blast. Moving away from console gaming(not totally since friends still play consoles) and found I can build a rig cheaper myself. Plus I can install the parts I want. So here's the list. Thanks for checking it out.

CPU: i5 3570k

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i with SP120 in pull

MOBO: MSi BigBang Z77 Mpower

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 8GB DDR3 @ 1866Mhz

GPU: EVGA GTX 680 FTW+ 4GB

Boot drive: Sandisk Extreme 120GB SSD (Boot time is 13sec)

Storage: WD Velociraptor 600GB 10k rpm HDD

Optical Drive: Asus 24x DVD Burner

PSU: Corsair AX850

Case: Corsiar 600T White

Peripherals

Monitor: BenQ GL2450HM 24" 1080p 60Hz 2ms g2g (need to upgrade to 120Hz)

Keyboard: Logitech G710+

Mouse: Logitech G9x

Controller: Razer Onza Tournament Edition ( Razer Sabertooth on order)

Headset: Astro A50

Are the lights on the RAM really that bright? Nice build, and much better than my first one. Also, how is the G710+?

Ram LEDs are at its max brightness. Camera makes it look brighter them they are There's 4 settings. G710+ is great no issue, quiet and comfy

Isn't the 4g 680 a little overkill?

I guess multiple monitors would benefit from having 4g. (I hate how you can't edit your posts)

The 600T looks like it's a dream to build in.

4GB maybe overkill but the 680 is a beastly card and why not have 4GB. Soon games will be using it and yes I will be running 2 monitors soon.

Cable management wasn't that hard. Thanks to the PSU and the case. I don't have to think twice on where to run the cables. Made the build more fun and smooth.

AX850 is when I install a 2nd GPU in the future.
