Wallpaper Engine not working

So about a week ago, Wallpaper engine needed to update, so I let it. now it won't open properly and says it's already running.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, using iobit uninstaller, clearing cache and cookies. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else having trouble like this or have any ideas?

And suddenly this morning it's working perfectly... Nevermind then
