White dots inside monitor screen

Does anyone knows how to remove those white dots inside monitor screen ? When monitor on I can see white patch so I just removed & I checked there is white patch dots inside screen. Does anyone knows how to remove those ? I attached video take a look, thanks聽

Thanks for your reply, yes I tried wiped with Cotton bineith of screen but still those patch are visible. Also I noticed that those patches inside inbetween those display screen.
