Is it still a bad time to buy pc parts? Critique my Plan

Country: USA
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Clip Studio Paint, Coding Projects (Hopefully a dual OS of Windows and Linux), Doom Eternal, Resident Evil 2, Metro Exodus (and other demanding titles)
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
Resolution: 1920 x 1080, no peripherals needed (maybe upgrading to dual 60hz monitors down the line). My current parts list is on my profile (TLDR: intel g3258 pentium at 4.2ghz and geforce gtx 960).
The parts list I'm working with now: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Excaliber101/saved/
My Question: To buy or not to buy at this given time. Is it still a bad time to buy parts. Should I wait til next February?
For a budget oriented build it's a decent time, parts availability has improved a lot in the past month.
For gaming this is going to be way better:
This is an insane amount of performance for $900
