has 4gb more vram. power usage is not that bad since most pc's have decent 450w+ psu anyway

I'd say more often than not people will have junk PSUs in their systems without knowing about it.

For 200 euro you can get a single-fan 1660, not the most ideal choice for noise and temps probably, but it will still be the fastest card you can get with your budget: https://www.bestprice.gr/item/2155563236/palit-geforce-gtx-1660-6gb-stormx.html

For a little cheaper, you can either get an RX 580 or GTX 1650 Super:

https://www.bestprice.gr/item/2155897127/msi-geforce-gtx-1650-super-4gb-ventus-xs-oc.html

These will be pretty much neck in neck in terms of performance, with the advantage for the 580 being that it's got double the VRAM, but with the tradeoff that it pulls twice the amount of power compared to the 1650S.

What power supply are you using?

JonnyGURU and TechPowerUp both gave the RevoBron fairly positive reviews, so it should be fine even for an RX 580.
