Would it be bad to use an aio as the only intake?

I'm building my own desk pc and plan to have 3 intake fans and 4 (2 sets of 2) exhaust. I was looking at getting the ID-COOLING AURAFLOW X, but didn't know if I should get the 240mm or 360mm. The 240 would allow a free fan for fresh intake air for the gpu. I'm not sure how much better the 360 is than the 240 and how bad having all the intakes be pre heated from the aio would affect the other temps.

Case- Custom Made Desk
Motherboard- ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming

Microphone- Blue Snowball Ice
Headphones- Razer Nari Ultimate
Webcam- Logitech c270
Monitors- MSI Optix MAG24C and Acer KA240HQ Abid
Mouse- Corsair Nightsword RGB
Keyboard- Corsair K95 RGB Platinum MX Speed

Intake radiator: higher GPU temps, lower CPU temps

Exhaust radiator: lower GPU temps, higher CPU temps

 

It's a minimal difference either way, I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep in mind a top mounted radiator doesn't always fit, due to the thickness of the radiator+fan(s) + RAM/motherboard cooling

It almost makes you wonder why case manufacturers don't just make their cases about 3cm taller to avoid all that nonsense (or people could just use air coolers indeed ;) )

my h105 in my 350d is mounted outside its normal holes to clear the VRM.
