What GPU should i buy?

Hey, first of all, sorry for my english.

Im lookin to upgrade my GTX 760 ( pretty old ). My budget is 200€ MAX. I ussualy play Forza Horizon 4 and i want to play at HIGH 1080p 60fps. These are the options: 

 

RX 570 8GB = 150€
GTX 1650 4GB = 150€ 
RX 5500 XT 4GB = 190€
RX 580 8GB = 190€
GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB = 190€
RX 5500 XT 8GB = 220€
 

Whats the best for performance/price?

CPU: R5 1600af

RAM: 16GB DDR4

PSU: Corsair CV450

well overall out of these options, the best card you could get would be the RX580 or the 5500XT (Botth 8GB variants)

 

but 2 recommendations of mine would be:

1. try to stretch your budget to try and purchase a GTX 1660 or a GTX 1660 Super.

2. wait till mid september for new cards to release. that way you can save up money to maybe buy a better gpu. by then, even the current mid-high tier card prices will drop and you can get a better gpu for the same price
