PC won't show display

recently put a new motherboard and cpu into my brother's pc, it boots but doesn't show any display, i've checked the cables and they are plugged in correctly.

I decided to look at the ez debug leds on this z390-a pro by msi and it says the problem lies with dram, so i resit the ram, doesn't work and I try only one stick and now the white led lights up the CPU instead.

Was gonna clear cmos but the motherboard only has a jumper and it came with no jumper cap

anyone got any idea why these leds are like this would be greatly appreciated

I think people are going to ask you to list your hardware.

Some other questions I think most people would ask you.

Did you check it with a different monitor?

Are you using a graphics card or motherboard graphics?

Did you check it with the motherboard graphics if you are in fact using a graphics card.

my brothers got a i7-9700kf so am using his graphics card to get display, hes also using corsair vengeance ddr4 3000mhz with a z390-a pro by msi. I've tried reseating everything other than the cpu which I might do next. And i can't do integrated graphics because of kf

Reseat the GPU.

Try with one stick at a time.
