My fans are spinning to fast

Anyone know software for fan speed config because they are too loud

4 I think it's stock amd cooler and stock nzxt h510 coolers

I have the same case, the stock fans are 3 pin so you can only control the voltage continually (ie they will run at the same speed the whole time). 
 

You should be able to change the voltage in the motherboard bios.
