One of usbs on b450 tomahawk max suddenly stopped working? Help

So my motherboard arrived literally 2 weeks ago and today suddenly the usb slot stopped working. At first I thought it was my mouse, but after some testing I worked out it was the usb slot. Is there any way to fix it or could it just be something that I would need to send my board back for?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1660 Super oc 6g
Mobo:MSI b450 tomahawk max

RAM: 32gb ddr4 lpx vengeance 3200mhz

PSU: cxm 450

Case: Corsair Carbide Series

Is there a bent pin or a bit of junk in it?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Does it work if you restart the pc?

Maybe try clear cmos?

In bios

Enable disable legacy USB support?

Enable disable mouse and keyboard emulator??
