rx 470 stress test

hello guys i have strange problem , yesterday something happened with my psu (i guess cause fan started making stupid noises ) so i took pc apart and accidently hit psu while unscrewing it from case , now strange problem started to happen with gpu whenever i stress test it it goes instantly to 94c then 98c and it gets black screen while all fans spinning on full speed as long as i don't do stress test pc seem to work fine and gpu sits at 36-40c, i already changed thermal paste could it be psu problem or more of gpu ? (i am using corsair vs550)

so no one knows which one could be faulty ?
