My rx580 don’t give no picture

I set up my stream vr and see my oculus rift have driver update and update broke my graphics card anyone suggestions to fix? It says no signal. Last week I tried troubleshooting with no  fix for my graphics card.

 

is my pc specs

ryzen 1600

rx580 sapphire pulse
asrock b450m hdv r4.0 motherboard

drr4 8gb

Corsair 750 watts power supply

1tb hard disk drive
