New PC Build, advice greatly appreciated

Budget (including currency): $1500-$2000

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Will be streaming, will like to use 3 monitors

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Building 100% from scratch. I'm just trying to build the best rig with the money I have. The budget above is strictly for the PC, I have a different budget for the other stuff. If anyone has suggestions on the following too, I'd greatly appreciate it!: Keyboard, Mouse, Mic, Monitor, Camera

when are you planning on building this? if you are not in a hurry, i would recommend waiting for newer hardware. as for the peripherals and monitor, its best to state your budget and make a seperate thread in their respective subforum.

welcome to the forums :D

Streaming and gaming, I assume? What games will you be playing, and at what sort of settings?

Also, this might not be the best time to build a $1500+ PC, simply because there's new hardware coming soon both in the CPU and GPU department.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

For your budget I would suggest waiting a bit for new hardware which should giver you a good performance increase for the same price. (especially for this budget as @Mateyyy said)
