New GPU and other specs

Hey guys,

So I'm looking for better specs, but I don't want to buy a new PC.
Every game I play, I have to lower the graphics of the game a lot so I could play it at a playable fps.
I'm most likely going to get a RX 580 or a  GTX 1060, but i need to help to find a better CPU so I don't get bottlenecked and anything helpful on what to get would be appreciated.

My Specs:
CPU: AMD A8-6500
GPU: GTX 750 Ti
RAM: 8 GB DUAL CHANNEL
MOBO: ASUS M11BB

Well your heavily limited by your cpu.

It's a dead platform. Nothing really decent.
