Second screen wont show

I have a Sapphire Pulse rx5600 xt and i am using one displayport monitor an one hdmi monitor. this setup has been working fine for the last few months but yesterday i had to do a fresh reinstall of windows and the second screen (hdmi) no longer works. any possible solutions?

Press windows key + p. Do you have it set to only use the default monitor?

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.
