Really tough country to buy in, are you near any major cities like Baghdad and if so whose the main supplies in that area? Amazon, Newegg, ect. or are there different distributors for your country. It might also be good to look at possible 2nd hand parts like 10XX series GTX cards, and 2nd Gen Ryzen. Do you need a monitor, keyboard and mouse included in the budget, or is the budget for just the PC itself.
