Is there anyway to disable G-Sync on one monitor when you have two with G-Sync?

Warjec

I have two ROG monitors, both with G-Sync. I want to disable G-Sync on my second monitor and have it soley just work on my main display.

Is there anyway to do this? I'm tired of my second display flickering when I'm playing a game on my main monitor.

Nvidia Control Panel...?

What resolution are you using & what graphics card ?

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

That doesn't work for me. When I go into the G-Sync controls and change the G-Sync option for on or off it sets it to both of my monitors. I can select the monitor like I should have an option, but it doesn't work.

Are you running Extended Desktop...?

Might be a better idea to set two distinct displays & have your game dedicated to only display on one of them.

Yeah, I'm running Extended Display.

That seems to prefer matched (make AND model) monitors.

Have you posted this before, under a different name?  I saw a thread about this just last night...

No.

Might be worth following this, for a solution... seems similar to what you're experiencing.

My primary suggestion would be to disable Extended Display... esp. if the two monitors are different models.

The only difference is native resolution, they're both identical minus that.

I believe there is a way to tell a program to only display to one monitor, but I'm sure the Desktops would need to be 'decoupled'.
