What do i upgrade on my computer?

Budget (including currency): 300-350 euros

Country: Greece

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: VALORANT Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterFX, Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Ilustrator,Blender,Cinema4D

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already

have an existing system with a:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 OC'd at 3.8 GhZ

ASUS ROG B450-F Mobo

16GB DDR4 3200MhZ Ram (i think CL16 timings)

512gb NvMe SSD

1TB HDD

Zotac GTX 1060 3GB

CoolerMaster MasterWatt 450W 80plus bronze PSU

I record a lot of footage with these settings in obs (check screenshot) and my computer kind of struggles to playback even at 1/4 quality in premiere

I have never gotten real time playback in Adobe AfterFX it lags like crazy even at the lowest playback quality and i often use an effect like saber.

When i record VALORANT i get less than 80 FPS. If i don't record i get around 180-200 FPS

As mentioned above i plan to spend 300-350 euros for an upgrade.

My current options are a ryzen 7 2700x for about 200 euros or a GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB for about 230 euros.

I cannot afford to get both so i wanted to know what would be best to upgrade and if there were any better options.

It is hard to say what you should do without knowing the prices over there... However I think that you should think about what you use the most, CPU or GPU, and make your decision from there.

With this upgrade budget I would be between a CPU upgrade or GPU. Regardless IMO I'd wait for next gen Nvida GPU's to launch and next gen AMD CPU's, then look at your local used market, you may be able to pick up a used RTX 2060S or GTX 1080 for a decent price, or something like a used 3700x would be a great upgrade as well. Otherwise get a a better quality 550W 80+ gold PSU, something like a corsair TXm/RMx/RM is a great option if found for a reasonable price.

I generally recommend Tier B+ or higher if possible.

My country's used market isn't all that great tbh. 1080s are still going for a high price. Now for cpu i could snatch a r7 2700x for about 160 with a quick search i did. And eBay isn't a good option for me because shipping costs are huge. Will look into used market tho... maybe a deal will come up

That's why you need to wait for next gen to launch, it will drop the used market price. A 2700x would also be good but again prices will fall later this year.
