RX 580 fan control

Recently built my first ever pc and everything is looking really good. However, my gpu fans are really loud even when the temps are relatively low (30-40 degrees) and the pc isn't under heavy graphic burdens. I have the XFX RX 580 8GB. 

and it claims that it has a Quiet Lower RPM BIOS mode which I tried but to no avail. I'm short of an answer but want my pc to be quieter.

use msi afterburner to set custom fan curve or control the fans via it

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

(RTX 3000/ RX 6000 Might run just fine with higher wattage tier B unit, Rtx 3070 runs fine with tier B units)

Yes. It works well with my asus 5700 XT.

You may also like to look into the AMD Driver Control panel (from the right-click menu). Within there it also enables fan control.
