so,i have i5 3470 and i want to upgrade my videocard and i dont know what should i buy,because of my cpu i think it will have boottleneck with rx 580 8gb or something like that ,please help me

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

and im in georgia EU  and its like 100$ because if you have this kind of value u can buy rx 580 like 100-150$

Wattage wise is more than enough. But what model ( and no efficiency is not quality )

It'll be fine as a temporary thing. But replace it when possible.

A 580 will be fine. A PSU has nothing to do with frame drops.
