Quietest SFX PSU that's 650w or higher?

I'm wondering what the quietest SFX PSU that's 650w or higher would be. 80+ Gold or above would be preferable.

 

Also, on a sidenote, what are some of the best but also quietest 120mm case fans? Thanks!

The best 120mm fans would be Noctua's NF-A12x25 and be quiet's Silent Wings 3 120mm.

3950x and 2080ti. Also, between the two fans you mentioned, which would be the quietest?

Look for a Fractal Design Ion SFX-L Gold 500W/600W or a Corsair SF600. A system with a 3950X and 2080Ti will only pull around 375W at full unrealistic 100% load, and I doubt you'll have the thermal headroom in an ITX case to overclock them to push more than 450W.

 

The A12x25 will probably push slightly more air per dBA, if that's what you're asking, but both can be undervolted or controlled by software or the motherboard to silent levels.

Depends on what case he's using.

 

The Fractal is SFX-L.  The Corsair is SFX.
