I have a 10x macro lens for my phone that works really well for electronics. Not sure if you need a little better or a lotta better.

It goes with a case (~$40USD) but you can get a few other lenses, too. Anamorphic, telephoto (58mm), fisheye, wide (18mm). They also do lenses for the Mavic drone (the one Linus reviewed).

As you don't need anything high powered go with a cheap monocular microcope like the kids ones you get for $20 or even the cheap aliexpress ones that way for under $100 so you can have them hooked to a monitor. They are perfect for what you want or just go with The1Dickens suggestion.
