Does clustering help in minecraft servers

In the linus tech tips minecraft servers video linus clusters 2 pcs does doing this help a minecraft server.

Minecraft servers basically only use one core so there isn't really a point.

Agreed, they care more about CPU speed than amount of cores... if you're only planning a few people in the server then no need for a cluster

But Ram is essential for mc servers and clustering is good if you want ram for more players

also can you recommend a clustering software for mc servers
