Erasing Gpedit Settings

hello, having a problem, can somebody help me erase all gpedit settings

i did follow some tutorial on youtube > https://youtube.com/watch?v=mJX4VeSulbA
BUT they are not working,

did all of the command > But still not working, i tried on other pc and its working but on the other pc its not working, why is that? could you recommend something to fix this issue?

I cannot use my pc and cannot access my gpedit setting https://drive.google.com/file/d/11oWWAzbV2JLfgZOu2kV1bahOLhYOu2hD/view?usp=sharing

probably your best option is to reset your pc.....
