Step 1: Buy an used dremel.

Step 2: Destroy some shitty old fan you have lying around, like this.

This is a great way to have a fan blade fly off into your face/eyes.

If it was 3D printed, yeah. 
You would be surprised how much force and heat some plastics can take.

Iti's unsafe and lunatic idea, but its not gonna explode, still unsafe though. I should make a video though, maybe i could make it chop carrots or smth, likea diy blender.

Please wear eye protection. I promise you, those blades will start coming off if you keep running it at 30K rpm. 
On a 120mm fan, that's over 120000g if it does run at 30K. Even at 10K rpm, it's still ~13k g.
