Can you swap pc cases the lazy way?

Can you swap pc case by keeping everything in the motherboard and just unscrewing it to put it in the new case?

Usually you'd remove the GPU and all the cables before moving the motherboard. I'd imagine it would be quite awkward to remove, move and install the motherboard, GPU, PSU and storage devices at the same time
