Help! PCIE USB-C Header adapter Suggestions

Thank you for reading me, I'm new to this forum. 

 

Yesterday I built my first PC, I used a NZXT H510i and a ASUS ROG Strix B550-F. I knew from he get go that I had to solve the problem of the USB - C Header since the MB doesn't have a dedicated connector for it. I opted to buy the Ableconn PEX-UB152 USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) 2-Port Internal Key-A PCI Express (PCIe) x4 Host Adapter Card (ASMedia ASM2142 Chipset) and upon installing the driver and noticed in the installation manual that the card being ASM2142 was not supported, yet in the box they calling its compatible with Windows 10 (I have windows 10 Home not activated). I was searching the web for a substitute of the card and found SilverStone USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 2 PCIe 3.0 Expansion Card but I read that it's on de ASMedia ASM3124 and by reading the previous Ableconn install manual it is mentioned that both ASM2142 and ASM 3124 are not compatible with Windows 10. 

 

Do you have any suggestion on a substitution PCIE Card or a way around this without bottle necking performance of the USB ports?
